Rethinking the way things are with #prayzersize: Exercise you body, mind, heart, spirit and soul!

#prayzersize Created on the Feast Day of St. John of the Cross during the week of the announcement of the Canonization of St. Mother Teresa of Calcutta. I'm creating a new word. It's called #prayzersize . It occurs when you pray and exercise at the same time. Exercise your body, mind, heart, spirit and soul all @ once! Join in on the fun and get rid of that muffin top and more:) There are many of us throughout the world who dedicate daily time for prayer. Why should we be out of physical shape because we run out of energy or time? #prayerzersize is created uniquely for the individual and I believe that you will find that as you engage in #prayzersize you will acquire more energy to do more #prayzersize on a daily basis.  Give this gift to yourself. What have you got to lose? I truly believe that our Creator cares most about where are hearts and minds are focused during prayer. One can absolutely focus their heart and mind while moving. With today's technology people can easily download prayers to listen to and read while they are exercising. I prefer to just get on my recumbent bike and #prayerzersize away! The time will fly! You will not be bored at all because as you focus your mind and heart, your spirit and soul will be connecting on the highest level and then one day you'll see a completely different body in the mirror. The body you have always dreamed about and the one you have always prayed for. If you already have an amazing physique, you will be able to reach a deeper connection beyond your mind and body. #prayzersize is exercising to connect your heart, spirit and soul. Release those fears and anxieties that bring you down on a daily basis and trust that you are loved and cared for deeply by your Creator. It may be a way find a place of solace during times of tremendous grief for yourself or others throughout the world and may also help cure any blues you might have, or serious issues with depression. You can start slow, but you will be absolutely amazed at how you gain stamina in increments of three. Try this #prayerzersize for 30 minutes one day. You'll realize that you will wake up and be able to do it the next day again for 30 minutes, then on the third day you will easily be able to do it for 30 minutes. On the fourth day something miraculous will occur, you will be able to double your time or even triple it. You may also start to notice that as you wake up you think "#prayzersize". This will help give you the strength you need to get up, or you'll just be excited to get up and continue your journey towards exercising you body, mind, heart, spirit and soul. When the body lacks energy and enthusiasm it is not able to share its heart, spirit and soul with the world. When the spirit and soul are not exercised, they are not connected to an invisible force that has created, is creating and will continue to create miracles in the world. #prayzersize will ensure that your body, mind, heart, spirit and soul are working at optimum capacity to thrive and serve in the world!

No! Being bossy has nothing to do with leadership. Bossy people are all up in other people's business that is NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS, they gravitate towards people who are weaker and are more likely to be led around by bully types. Bossy and leadership have nothing in common. Just because someone is a boss doesn't mean they are bossy!! Great leaders are the least bossy people out there!!!!!! This is a BAD message and will only add fuel to the nasty bossy types out there! If you agree share and pass it on. If you don't agree then you should teach, because we deal with some seriously bossy types and they make their peers miserable. Lastly, Bossy isn't about leadership and it should not even be associated with the word leadership. STOP CONFUSING THE CHILDREN !

Service-Learning Events happening at Rio Vista Elementary School

I am/we are excited to be working on a new Service-Learning project at Rio Vista Elementary School called "Books Galore." The ACHIEVE students, Ms. Miller the Art teacher and I are making books that will later be read to people in assisted living homes and hospitals. The 3rd, 4th and 5th graders at Rio Vista Elementary School will be collecting money to help those less fortunate throughout the world! Safford Serves Sock Drive

Are you looking to clean out that sock drawer?

Dear Friends of Heaven's Miraculous Angelic Giving Inspirational Child,

Tucson Unified School District will be having a sock drive for the less fortunate students in the district during the month of January.

Our focus for Safford Serves in January will be to assist the district by spreading the news about the "Sock Drive", creating fliers, collecting socks, etc.

We will be meeting at Safford K-8, located at 200 E 13^th Street, in Room 106 of the elementary building on the 13th and the 27th from 4:00-5:00.

Thank you for any support you can give towards our January goal.

Depending on the need we might also be having meetings on Thursdays for the students who are members on the International Club and are unable to meet on Fridays.

Socks can be delivered to Safford K-8, 200 E 13th Street, Tucson, Arizona, 85701, Room 106 Elementary building or District Headquarters located at 1010 E 10th Street, Tucson, Arizona, 85719.

A Sprout for Heaven's Miraculous Angelic Giving Inspirational Child, Inc. !

Dear Friends and Family of Heaven's Miraculous Angelic Giving Inspirational Child, Inc.

My school, Safford K-8 Engineering and Technology Magnet School, has selected me to be the

Service Learning Supervisor for K-8 after school activities!

I will be presenting a Service-Learning Lesson Plan http://heavensmagic.org/id37.html to the entire faculty

of Safford K-8 Engineering and Technology Magnet School on October 21st at 8:00.

From there, I hope that the teachers will, in turn, teach the students of Safford K-8 how to

They have the option for applying for a $500.00 MAC Grant from McDonald's and/or

I also plan on delivering those letters to people in the community.

Thus, people in the community will become aware of all of the fabulous ideas

Safford K-8 Engineering and Technology Magnet School administration, faculty,

students, parents and staff have for Service-Learning in the Tucson community.

During this process, I will consider how to design a program that will meet the

needs of all schools throughout the world and I should be able to

finally design a concrete Business Plan to meet the needs of our organization in the future.

A sprout of Heaven's Miraculous Angelic Giving Inspirational Child, Inc.

has been planted in a Title I school, Safford K-8 Engineering and Technology Magnet School,

in the Tucson Unified School District.

One can only imagine how the entire Tucson community will benefit from the generosity of

local businesses, and the Safford K-8 Engineering and Technology Magnet School administration,

faculty, students, parents and staff.

If you want to support Service-Learning in Southern Arizona, specifically Tucson,

please consider giving a tax donation to Safford K-8 Engineering and Technology Magnet School schools

and designate it for after school activies related towards Service-Learning.

My dream is to be able to do this for the world on a full time basis.
