Dear Friends and Families of Heaven’s Miraculous Angelic Giving Inspirational Child, Inc.,

Death and missing a loved one is something that creates the most sorrowful experience on earth. Some of our loved ones go quickly and we are filled with shock. Some of our loved ones slowly deteriorate before our eyes and were are relieved that they are no longer in pain. Some of our loved ones go young, some of them go when they are older and some of them actually become consumed with despair and end up taking their own lives. Either way, death of our loved ones is one of the most challenging things to deal with during our lifetime. As His Healing Minister I was blessed to write this poem, I’m writing it with the desire to help heal some of that pain. It is my hope that although you miss your loved ones, with this gift of Holy prose you will rejoice in the fact that our loved ones are doing something we are all destined to do and that you will realize that although they no longer walk the earth, our loved ones are still always with us in many different ways. May these glimpses of “In Heaven” encourage you to practice your future eternal duties and create a more Heavenly world to live in before you arrive at your final destination.

I would also like to thank my friends and family for all of their support  and for tolerating my hermitage during the creation of "In Heaven".  I hope that "In Heaven" helps heal everyone's heart around the world, especially those of my friends and family. I also hope that it motivates people to practice their faith, future heavenly duties and service to God while they are on earth and make it a safer, loving, and peaceful place. 100 Day SOUPer Challenge- A Fabulous Way to Lose Weight, Help the Homeless and Those Who Are Hungry

The 1st 100 Day SOUPer Challenge began on the Dedication of the Basilica of St. Mary Major and St. Paris' Feast Day. It will officially end on November 13th, the Feast Day of St. Francis Xavier Cabrini.

Dear Friends and Family of Heaven's Miraculous Angelic Giving Inspirational Child, Inc.,

Recently I have become challenged with gaining weight. This was most likely due to a decline in metabolism, stress from teaching and making a huge move across the country from Arizona after my husband accepted a position in Florida. However, by the grace of God, I have come up with a creative way to shed those pounds and provide a challenge for myself and others. I LOVE challenges:)

In an effort to share my successful journey to lose weight and eat a healthier diet. I have decided to create a Pinterest Board to share Soups for the #100DaySOUPerChallenge http://pin.it/gtdPUle 

I have covered over 51 days of delicious and nutritious soups on the 100 Day SOUPer Challenge Board. My goal is to get to 100, but if I don't, you can just use each soup twice :) If you decide to give it a try, these soups will help you reach your goal. Some have recipes and others do not. Just think of your kitchen as a lab for creating SOUPer mixtures while you engineer your own creations.

The only advice I have is....Always use fresh vegetables and fruits and always use a lot of garlic, onion and spices:) Have fun with it! I challenge you:) #100DaySOUPerChallenge #EattheRainbow #JustDoIt

People can turn the 100 Day SOUPer Challenge into a Service-Learning activity by creating soups and serving them to people in need. Many schools actually have gardens where they grow their own vegetables and create soups for a fundraiser to riase money for others,  or to feed people less fortunate in their community.

 You can turn any idea you might have into Service-Learning. You could even create a cookbook full of your students/groups favorite SOUPer recipes and sell it to the public, in order to raise resources for others.

Rethinking the way things are with #prayzersize: Exercise you body, mind, heart, spirit and soul!

#prayzersize Created on the Feast Day of St. John of the Cross during the week of the announcement of the Canonization of St. Mother Teresa of Calcutta. I'm creating a new word. It's called #prayzersize . It occurs when you pray and exercise at the same time. Exercise your body, mind, heart, spirit and soul all @ once! Join in on the fun and get rid of that muffin top and more:) There are many of us throughout the world who dedicate daily time for prayer. Why should we be out of physical shape because we run out of energy or time? #prayerzersize is created uniquely for the individual and I believe that you will find that as you engage in #prayzersize you will acquire more energy to do more #prayzersize on a daily basis.  Give this gift to yourself. What have you got to lose? I truly believe that our Creator cares most about where are hearts and minds are focused during prayer. One can absolutely focus their heart and mind while moving. With today's technology people can easily download prayers to listen to and read while they are exercising. I prefer to just get on my recumbent bike and #prayerzersize away! The time will fly! You will not be bored at all because as you focus your mind and heart, your spirit and soul will be connecting on the highest level and then one day you'll see a completely different body in the mirror. The body you have always dreamed about and the one you have always prayed for. If you already have an amazing physique, you will be able to reach a deeper connection beyond your mind and body. #prayzersize is exercising to connect your heart, spirit and soul. Release those fears and anxieties that bring you down on a daily basis and trust that you are loved and cared for deeply by your Creator. It may be a way find a place of solace during times of tremendous grief for yourself or others throughout the world and may also help cure any blues you might have, or serious issues with depression. You can start slow, but you will be absolutely amazed at how you gain stamina in increments of three. Try this #prayerzersize for 30 minutes one day. You'll realize that you will wake up and be able to do it the next day again for 30 minutes, then on the third day you will easily be able to do it for 30 minutes. On the fourth day something miraculous will occur, you will be able to double your time or even triple it. You may also start to notice that as you wake up you think "#prayzersize". This will help give you the strength you need to get up, or you'll just be excited to get up and continue your journey towards exercising you body, mind, heart, spirit and soul. When the body lacks energy and enthusiasm it is not able to share its heart, spirit and soul with the world. When the spirit and soul are not exercised, they are not connected to an invisible force that has created, is creating and will continue to create miracles in the world. #prayzersize will ensure that your body, mind, heart, spirit and soul are working at optimum capacity to thrive and serve in the world!

If you have been praying for help to lose weight. This is the answer to your prayers and you can continue to #prayzersize as you experience the Miracle of an answer to your prayers. Please share this with your friends and family who are frustrated or struggling with their weight. Thank you for praying and being dedicated in your prayer! No! Being bossy has nothing to do with leadership. Bossy people are all up in other people's business that is NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS, they gravitate towards people who are weaker and are more likely to be led around by bully types. Bossy and leadership have nothing in common. Just because someone is a boss doesn't mean they are bossy!! Great leaders are the least bossy people out there!!!!!! This is a BAD message and will only add fuel to the nasty bossy types out there! If you agree share and pass it on. If you don't agree then you should teach, because we deal with some seriously bossy types and they make their peers miserable. Lastly, Bossy isn't about leadership and it should not even be associated with the word leadership. STOP CONFUSING THE CHILDREN !

Service-Learning Events happening at Rio Vista Elementary School

2013 October NEWS!

I am/we are excited to be working on a new Service-Learning project at Rio Vista Elementary School called "Books Galore." The ACHIEVE students, Ms. Miller the Art teacher and I are making books that will later be read to people in assisted living homes and hospitals. I am also helping launch the Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF at Rio Vista Elementary School this year. The 3rd, 4th and 5th graders at Rio Vista Elementary School will be collecting money to help those less fortunate throughout the world!
